Where’s the party?

Our venue is The Barn at Willow Brook (15486 Limestone School Rd, Leesburg, VA 20176). The Barn will serve as the location for both the wedding and the reception.

Following the reception, you are also invited to join us for an after-party at The Loudoun Kitchen and Bar (501 E Market Street), about 15 minutes from the Barn. A one-way shuttle will depart the Barn at 10:15.

Is there parking?

Yes! The Barn offers ample free parking. 

Can I Uber/Lyft to the Barn?

Yes! The Barn is located 10–15 minutes from downtown Leesburg, making it easy to access via ride-share apps.

To avoid wait times departing the venue, we will be providing a shuttle bus to the after-party location near downtown Leesburg. Feel free to take the shuttle and Uber from there—no pressure to stay for the after-party!

What do I wear?

The dress code for the wedding is cocktail. Please note that the ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, and moving primarily indoors for the reception.

Leesburg and the surrounding area is also home to quite a few Airbnb and VRBO properties, from apartments in downtown Leesburg to historic homes.

Can I bring my kids?

This wedding is an adults-only affair—this is your opportunity for a date night with 50 of your closest (new) friends!

Where are you registered for gifts?

Please see the registry tab! We are registered through Zola for both cash funds and some other items. If you’d prefer to contribute to one of our cash funds through Venmo, feel free to do so. Leah’s Venmo is @Leah-poffenberger.

What if I have a dietary requirement?

Let us know when you RSVP! We will do our best to work with our caterer to accommodate your needs.
